Welcome to the Collaborate Client Portal! This guide will walk you through each step to access and use your new portal efficiently and securely. Let’s ensure you can easily view and manage the documents we share with you.
You can access our portal via most devices.
Using the portal for the first time
Step 1: Receiving Your Document
- Email Notification: When we share a document with you, you’ll receive an email. This email contains a link to the document for easy access or click this link.
Step 2: Logging In for the First Time
- Click the Link: Start by clicking the link in the email you received. This will direct you to a login page.
- Choose Your Login Method:
- Microsoft 365 Users: If your email is associated with Microsoft (like Outlook, Hotmail, or MSN), you’ll see a Microsoft 365 login screen.
- Google Users or Others: If your email is not a Microsoft account, you will receive a six digit code to your email address to login each time.
Congratulations! You have now accessed our client portal and have access to all the records we are sharing with you. If you have more than one account with us and are using the same email address then you will be able to view all your documents on your portal. Our portal is very easy to use and will be like accessing folders on your desktop PC.
How to Upload Your Files
- Navigate to the Client Share Folder: After logging in, locate the Client Share Folder as illustrated below.
- Open the Upload Folder: Inside the Client Share Folder, find and open the Upload folder. This is where you’ll drop your files. You can do this from your phone, iPad/tablet or desktop PC. You can also take and upload pictures directly from this link.
- Uploading Files:
- Drag and Drop: The easiest way to upload files is by dragging them from your computer directly into the Upload folder window.
- Manual Upload: Alternatively, you can click on the “Upload – Files” option and select the files from your computer’s file explorer.

- Completion: Your documents will be transferred to our inbox. You will not see your documents in the upload folder. You can close the folder or continue browsing the collaborate site. Well done! You’re all set!
